Bihar Makhana Export delivers across India through verified third-party logistics partners.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed, quality-checked, and packaged within 24 to 48 business hours from receipt of payment (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
  • Orders placed during peak festive seasons or natural disruptions may take slightly longer to process.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India (Tier-2, Tier-3, and rural sectors): 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by third-party courier services and may vary based on weather, regional restrictions, or transport bottlenecks.

3. Tracking Your Consignment

Once your consignment is handed over to the courier provider, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing the Tracking ID (AWB) and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s movement.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated based on weight, volume, and pincode at the checkout page before payment is finalized. Any free-shipping offers are applied automatically at checkout.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address, including landmarks and correct PIN codes.
  • Courier personnel typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If a package is returned to origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer before re-dispatch.
